FAQ and Shipping Info

How can I make payment?  Is it secure?

Our checkout system has a secure payment system for credit and debit cards.  We also use Paypal - providing you with their security and fraud protection.  We do not store your payment details.  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

When will my order ship?

Your order normally ships within 24 hours.  You will receive an email confirmation when your item(s) have shipped, and we will provide tracking information where we have it.  We normally maintain good stock levels of all items, however if an item is briefly out of stock it typically ships within 1-3 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your item hasn't already shipped, please email us at sales@dailydealdr.com and we will be glad to help.  Please include your order number.

Returns Policy

We aim for 100% customer delight.  However, if you are not happy for any reason with your items, please let us know within 14 days of receipt.  If the issue isn't resolved after that, please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt of the item for a full refund of the item(s)' price.  Return shipping fees and original shipping fees will not be refunded.

If the item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please email us a photo of the item's condition and let us know within 3 days of arrival.  We will refund or replace your order as soon as we receive your email and photo.

Shipping Info

The Daily Deal Doctor hunts for the best deals for our customers globally, and we work with merchants globally in order to provide the best prices and unique products.

This means that part of your order may ship from Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and other locations.  Items couriered from our global warehouses may take from 18-35 business days due to customs and shipping times. 

If tracking information is not immediately available, please don't worry.  Your order is on its way!  We also check regularly with our couriers and suppliers to ensure that each and every order is successfully delivered.

Customs Charges

If your country has import tariffs, customs handling fees or other regional charges, please bear in mind that these are the customer's responsibilities.  Most of our orders do not require any further fees from the Post Office or customs.  Unfortunately we can't be responsible in the event of a delivery being delayed due to customs or a local courier.  We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.

PO Boxes

Please do not place your order for delivery to a PO Box.  We deliver to most places, but unfortunately not to PO Boxes.

Seasonal Delays

During seasonal periods -- Christmas, New Year, Halloween, Valentine's Day etc. -- there may be a delay in shipping by up to 7 days.  If you have not received your item(s) as expected, please let us know and we will refund your shipping costs.
